All the prices of the costs and charges indicated by us are included in the short-term price system, i.e. all-inclusive prices which contain the following elements:
The commission of the UMS is payed by your sublessees. It amounts to 50% of the overall sum, at least CHF 1'000.- per object. Personal liability insurance is included for all sublessees for whom UMS acts successfully as an agent.
