We have developed a special price system for short-term rentals. This system aims to create a good price/performance ratio for all participants. It should enable you to rent a personal home at an attractive price and should simultaneously be interesting enough for housing space providers to place their apartments at your disposal when they are absent for a short while.
All the prices of the costs and charges indicated by us are included in the short-term price system, i.e. all-inclusive prices which contain the following elements:
The commission of the UMS is also included in the listed prices and consists of 50% of the overall sum, at least CHF 1'000.- per object.
Value-added tax (VAT) is only added to the commission of the UMS for people and companies whose address is in Switzerland.
