Contract conclusions take place directly between the housing space providers and housing space seekers. At your request, UMS Temporary Housing supports the contract parties during the agreement and is available for questions.
UMS Temporary Housing does not assume any liability for consequences resulting from incomplete contracts or improper conduct of the contract parties.
The objects we supply are in general private furnished apartments which are subleased for a temporary period. Therefore, it is up to the landlords to decide to whom he wants to rent out the apartment and not to us.
