Our commission fee is due after a successful contract agreement and is dependent on the term of lease and on the gross monthly amount which is recorded in the sublease contract and which you pay to the subletter.

Seekers pay a mandate fee of CHF 50.- (incl. VAT).
If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund the mandate fee without any objections within 30 days after the indication of a bank connection.
