In the basic cleaning, all rooms are cleaned, including bathroom and kitchen in the sense of a normal periodic cleaning.

UMS is not a cleaning company; your apartment will be cleaned by an individual. We employ private cleaning persons and pay good salaries (CHF 30.-/h), including the driving time and social charges of the employees. The employees are insured against accidents and are officially registered.
