Nina Frei

Commercial apprentice

Nina is in her second year of apprenticeship – but when you speak to her, you will hardly realise that she is still learning.
Like everyone else in our team, Nina is in contact with the customers, and not in order to serve coffee.

Nina is creative and cheerful, and she is very fond of travelling – she has, for instance, already visited Australia three times.

Tanja Rappo

Management Consultant

Tanja organises, advises, clarifies things and nearly always finds a solution.

One day she will become the direction assistant of a large enterprise (maybe with us…).

She loves tasty food and if you're lucky, you may run across Tanja at a concert.

Christian Beldner

Director of Management & Consulting

Christian has managed quite a lot in his life already – in Namibia, he was head of a hostel and in Ireland, he worked for the car rental firm Hertz – until love brought him to Switzerland and to us.

Christian is a lawyer and is originally from Germany. He loves to swim (in the water) and enthuses about Switzerland.

Alison McCaskey

Management Consultant

As a commercial specialist and medical secretary, Alison knows how important good and precise work is. She is a language expert and she enjoys international customer contact.

In her spare time she likes doing sports, spend time with her friends and family and travelling arround the world.

Navina Pereira

Management Consultant

Together with Alison, Navina is primarily responsible for our customers from the french speaking part of Switzerland (the Romandie). Although she has not been with us for that long, she takes care of our customers as if she had been around from the very start.

When she's not at work, away from phone and computer, she likes exploring the countryside on a horseback.

Barbara Schär

Management Consultant

Barbara has worked in telecommunications for many years and thanks to her work experience, she knows the needs of our customers. At UMS, she enjoys the variety, the dynamic atmosphere and the close customer contact in various languages. As soon as she leaves the office, she pursues her sportive activities: volleyball, cycling, climbing...

Sabine Oppliger

Owner

Sabine directed UMS from 2000 till 2006. Sabine holds a degree in hotel management and is currently studying psychology.

Sabine and Nik have three children and share the domains of marketing, PR, accounting and personnel.

Nik Kleiner

Owner

Nik has founded UMS in 1992 during his studies of national economics.

Working 10 years for Coca-Cola, he has learnt to always question established processes.

And when he isn't working at UMS, he keeps his three boys busy or is it vice-versa?
