Good shopping facilities, many exotic food stores, little shops and small restaurants (international cuisine), active nightlife (around Langstrasse with red-light). Park with neighbourhood meeting place and restaurant (Bäckeranlage), alternative cultural centre Kanzlei-Areal, Letzigrund sports facilities.
