We work according to the UMS Win-Win-Win system. It works like this: Legally, our housing providers could charge an additional 20% for furnishings in addition to their cost price. However, we recommend to avoid doing this and only charge at cost price – this way, our Win-Win-Win price system creates three winners.
Win1: Our housing providers have their costs covered - but do not charge anything for furniture.
Win2: We are there for you - instead of our providers, we increase the rent price by 20% (UMS service fee) in order to make the portal and our service available.
Win3: Our tenants do not pay for more than they receive - they pay for the rent, and pay us an additional 20% – equivalent to the value of the furnishings.
The UMS service fee is 20% of the gross rental payments over the duration of the rental contract including any renewals. Rental prices on the UMS portal include the service fee.
