We are looking for a subtenant/family for our bright 4.5 room house in Luterbach. The house offers a large, sunny terrace with a small garden, open kitchen with living room, three separate rooms (office, bedroom and children's room), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a small toilet, 4-year-old cat which stays in the house and would like to be fed :-), 2-3 parking spaces.
The house is located in a 30 zone and close to a playground. In the immediate vicinity is the bus line and the Coop.
